To provide high-quality structural property report tools, SnapPDI collects data explicitly generated during inspections. This includes structural details, user logs, names, email addresses, and metadata required to dynamically sync data safely across your authorized mobile devices.
2. Photographic and Media Evidence
Photos captured or uploaded directly inside the App are processed securely to embed them flawlessly into your customized PDI layouts. These media assets remain your private business records and are not shared publicly or distributed outside of your explicit generation requests.
3. Data Usage and Non-Disclosure
Your property audits, field observations, and user logs are encrypted. We strictly enforce a no-sale compliance architecture. SnapPDI does not monetize, distribute, or lease personal customer profiles, field datasets, or tenant records to third-party ad brokers.
4. Infrastructure and Security
All real estate data transmissions through the App employ modern SSL/TLS encryption mechanisms to safeguard structural drafts, deficiency records, and client info against unauthorized intrusion or malicious interference.

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy to stay current with operational shifts or global privacy regulations. Any updates will be logged on this URL, accompanied by a revision timestamp indicator.
